Brändle recipe Swedish cheese salad with walnut oil

250 g celery
2 apples
200 g mild semi-hard cheese
1 carrot
40 g walnuts
100 g feta
200 g sour cream
3 tablespoons Brändle vita walnut oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice


  1. Clean the celery, wash and cut into pieces, remove the core from the apples and cut into wedges, peel the carrot, wash and cut into sticks, cut the cheese into strips, roughly chop the walnuts.
  2. Arrange celery with greens, apples, carrots and cheese on plates and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  3. Mash the feta with a fork, mix with sour cream and walnut oil a little milk until creamy, season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice and pour over the salad. Serve with sturdy bread and a Klarer!
