Ingredients

16 giant scampi
1-2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Brändle vita chili oil
2 slices of toast
Parsley
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
200 g Mexican sauce
Hot peppers
Paprika
Salad

Preparation

  1. Rinse the scampi in cold water and pat dry. Peel and crush the garlic cloves and mix with the chili oil. Cut the toast into cubes.
  2. Put two scampi and toast cubes each on grill skewers, brush with the chili oil and grill on both sides for 2-3 minutes or fry in a grill pan.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley and oregano, season and serve with Mexican sauce, hot peppers, bell peppers and lettuce.
