Scampi à la mexicana

Ingredients
16 giant scampi
1-2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Brändle vita chili oil
2 slices of toast
Parsley
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
200 g Mexican sauce
Hot peppers
Paprika
Salad
Preparation
- Rinse the scampi in cold water and pat dry. Peel and crush the garlic cloves and mix with the chili oil. Cut the toast into cubes.
- Put two scampi and toast cubes each on grill skewers, brush with the chili oil and grill on both sides for 2-3 minutes or fry in a grill pan.
- Sprinkle with parsley and oregano, season and serve with Mexican sauce, hot peppers, bell peppers and lettuce.
