Blueberry pie

Makes 12 pieces
Ingredients
150 ml Brändle Vita rapeseed oil
150 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt
Juice of half a lemon
4 eggs
200 g wheat flour
100 g cornflour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
250 g medicinal berries
Preparation
- Mix canola oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and lemon juice in a bowl until well blended
- Add the eggs and stir in. Mix flour with cornstarch, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture. Mix everything well.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Wash the blueberries, drain well on a colander. Cover the cake with the blueberries and bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 °C for 30-35 minutes.
