DLG awards P. Brändle GmbH from Empfingen again for its excellent quality

P. Brändle GmbH from Empfingen has now been awarded a prize by the Food Test Center of the DLG (German Agricultural Society) for the excellent quality of its "500 ml cold-pressed rapeseed oil in a square bottle".

As part of the International Quality Test for rapeseed oils and refined edible oils, DLG experts examine the quality of numerous products every year. The quality test focuses on sensory analysis with regard to the test criteria of appearance, odor, consistency and taste. The sensory test results are supplemented by a packaging and labeling test as well as laboratory tests in which specific quality parameters of the individual edible oils are checked.

"With this award, the company documents that it produces high-quality edible oils. All products were tested by experts in neutral tests based on current and scientifically validated test methods," emphasizes Sophia Nucke, project manager at the DLG Test Center Food.
