Wok noodles with vegetables and egg

Recipe for 4 people
Ingredients
250 g Mie noodles
2 large carrots
1 leek stalk
1 handful of sprouts, e.g. soy sprouts
2 spring onions
3 whisked eggs
2 tbsp Brändle Asian wok oil
2-3 tbsp Brändle Asian sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
Salt
Many other vegetables such as broccoli, mangetout or peppers also go very well with this dish.
Preparation
- Prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions.
- Clean the carrots and leek and cut into fine strips. Wash the sprouts. Clean the spring onions and cut into rolls.
- Heat the wok oil in a large pan. Briefly fry the beaten eggs in it, stirring occasionally. Add the carrots, leek and spring onions and fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the drained noodles and sprouts and fry for a further 5 minutes. Season with sugar, soy sauce, remaining 1-2 tbsp sesame oil and salt. Enjoy hot.
