Wok noodles with vegetables and egg

Recipe for 4 people

Ingredients

250 g Mie noodles
2 large carrots
1 leek stalk
1 handful of sprouts, e.g. soy sprouts
2 spring onions
3 whisked eggs
2 tbsp Brändle Asian wok oil
2-3 tbsp Brändle Asian sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
Salt
Many other vegetables such as broccoli, mangetout or peppers also go very well with this dish.

Preparation

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions.
  2. Clean the carrots and leek and cut into fine strips. Wash the sprouts. Clean the spring onions and cut into rolls.
  3. Heat the wok oil in a large pan. Briefly fry the beaten eggs in it, stirring occasionally. Add the carrots, leek and spring onions and fry for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the drained noodles and sprouts and fry for a further 5 minutes. Season with sugar, soy sauce, remaining 1-2 tbsp sesame oil and salt. Enjoy hot.
