DLG awards Brändle from Empfingen for its excellent quality

P. Brändle GmbH Ölmühle - Speiseölgroßhandel from Empfingen has successfully participated in the International Quality Test for Rapeseed Oils and Refined Edible Oils of the DLG (German Agricultural Society). The Test Center Food awarded the Brändle vita rapeseed oil for its high quality. The DLG quality test focuses on sensory analysis with regard to the test criteria of appearance, odor, consistency and taste. The sensory test results are supplemented by a packaging and labeling test as well as laboratory tests in which specific quality parameters of the edible oils are checked.

 "DLG-awarded edible oils stand for high quality and convince with their special enjoyment value. All products have been tested by experts in neutral tests based on scientifically validated test methods," emphasizes Petra Krause, project manager at the DLG Test Center Food.
