vita sesame oil, cold pressed

is made from selected sesame seeds in a gentle cold pressing process. Known from Asian cuisine, it is characterized by its pleasantly mild, nutty-sappy flavor.

Due to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, sesame oil should only be heated gently. Slight cloudiness and settling are a sign of the natural character and do not represent a quality impairment.

Suitable for: Asian cuisine uses sesame oil for wok dishes, mushrooms, noodles, rice, vegetables, sauces and salads.
