Peanut oil is made from carefully selected peanuts and is used as a fine cooking oil. It can be heated to high temperatures and is therefore ideal for hot cooking. If the oil is stored in a cool place, it can become cloudy and form flakes. However, this has no effect on the taste and quality of the oil. The oil becomes clear again at room temperature.
