vita peanut oil

is produced from carefully selected peanuts and is used as a fine cooking oil. Peanut oil is highly heatable (210°C) and is therefore also suitable for hot cooking.

If the oil is stored in a cool place, turbidity and flocculation may occur, but this does not affect the taste and quality of the oil. At room temperature, the oil becomes clear again.

Suitable for: Leaf salads, sauces, for cooking, frying, deep-frying as well as for fondue
