Linseed oil is produced from selected linseed by mechanical pressing and is very valuable with a content of approx. 52 g/100 ml omega-3 fatty acids and 14 g/100 ml omega-6 fatty acids.
Due to its salty-nutty taste and bitter note, this oil is ideal for quark mixtures or in muesli and goes very well with fresh potatoes.
Slight cloudiness and settling are a sign of the natural character and do not represent a quality impairment.
Linseed oil should also be stored unopened in the refrigerator.
In no case should this oil be heated.
