Our organic sunflower oil meets the highest Bioland standard and is pressed and bottled in our oil mill using the best seeds from Baden-Württemberg. The golden yellow color and mild, nutty taste are typical of the species. Due to its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, it is a particularly high-quality edible oil.
Suitable for: Wholefood cuisine, especially for raw vegetable dishes and salads as well as for gentle steaming, e.g. of vegetables.
