The 500ml Biovit organic sunflower oil cold pressed is obtained in our oil mill in Empfingen from the seeds of the sunflower by a gentle first cold pressing.
Our organic sunflower oil meets the highest standard of Bioland and is pressed and bottled by us with the best seeds from Baden-Württemberg.
The golden yellow color and mild nutty flavor are typical of the species. Due to its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, it is one of the particularly high-quality edible oils.
Suitable for: Wholefood cuisine, especially for raw vegetable dishes and salads as well as for gentle steaming, e.g. of vegetables.
