Chili sin Carne

Recipe for 4 people
Ingredients
2 onions
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons vita chili oil
1 small green bell pepper
1 small red bell pepper
1 red chili pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tin of peeled tomatoes (240 g drained weight)
1 tin of kidney beans (250 g drained weight)
1 tin of white beans (200 g drained weight)
1 tin of sweetcorn (285 g drained weight)
200 g tofu
Salt, pepper, chili powder, fresh coriander
Preparation
- Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic clove, sauté in hot chili oil in a large pan.
- Wash and clean the peppers and chili peppers. Cut the peppers into small cubes and add. Halve the chilli pepper lengthways, remove the seeds and finely dice the flesh, add to the onions with the tomato purée, tomatoes, drained beans and sweetcorn.
- Cook everything for 15-20 minutes. Finally, add the diced tofu and heat briefly. Season to taste with salt and chili powder and serve with freshly plucked coriander leaves.
