Internal sales employee (m/f/d) wanted

P. Brändle GmbH is a successful, medium-sized family business and has been producing high-quality edible oils for more than 100 years. With around 65 employees, the company supplies the entire food trade and food industry with an extensive range of products. Headquartered in Empfingen, Baden-Württemberg, the company is one of the most important suppliers in the edible oil sector.

Your tasks

• You enter and check orders in our ERP system
• As an interface between all departments, you are the contact person for our customers and take care of written and telephone communication and support
• EDI processing (orders, DESADV and invoice)
• You create the necessary delivery documents and coordinate the internal and external logistics processes with regard to deadlines, time slots and parking spaces
• Customs clearance

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or sales training or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in a comparable activity is desirable
• You work independently, are goal-oriented and also enjoy completing complex tasks
• You react calmly and confidently under stress and convince your conversation partners with a high level of commitment and reliability
• A high degree of assertiveness, flexibility, loyalty and strong teamwork and communication skills are a matter of course for you
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
