The training around the topic of food

P. Brändle GmbH is a successful, medium-sized family business and has been producing high-quality edible oils for more than 100 years. With around 65 employees, we supply the entire food trade and the food industry throughout Germany with an extensive range of products.

Are you technically interested and do you enjoy setting and operating machines? Then this is the right place for you!

Course of the training

• Three-year interesting and varied apprenticeship in industrial food production.
• During the training period, you will get to know all areas and thus all existing trades in the production area in our company.
• In addition to the practical training, there is also school-based training. You will complete this theoretical part of your training in block instruction at the Peter Bruckmann School in Heilbronn.
  
  

Your tasks

• Supervision of the entire manufacturing process from delivery to the final product.
• Set up machines and equipment prior to the start of production to the filling quantities and recipes.
• Control production processes and clean, maintain & service machinery, equipment & facilities.
• Sampling from ongoing production to be able to constantly check the quality.
• proper storage and packaging of raw materials and finished products.
  
  

Requirements

• Intermediate high school diploma with good grades in science subjects.
• Manual dexterity as well as technical and spatial understanding.
• Careful and responsible work ethic and hygiene awareness.
• High level of commitment & initiative.
